Shana has over 35 years experience as a solicitor practising in most areas of law. Shana received her specialist accreditation in Personal Injury law in 1994 and has held appointments as an Arbitrator of the Supreme Court, District Court and Local Courts of NSW. Alongside arbitrations, Shana also mediates for REINSW and was a Claims Assessor for SIRA in both 1999 and 2017 legislation acts. She now serves as a sessional member with the Personal Injury Commission in its Motor Accidents division.

In recognition of her commitment for over 20 years to serve the people of NSW, Shana was presented a certificate of appreciation for her services to Law Week.

For the majority of her career, Shana was a sole practitioner in Bondi Junction, NSW. Recently, she has relocated her services to the Port Macquarie - Hastings region, and is now acting as a legal service provider for all matters in this area (excluding motor accidents and workers compensation due to her appointment with the Personal Injury Commission)..
